    We want you to love what you order!

    That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you have any problem with your order, send us an email at or Whatsapp us at +971 54 440 8313 and we'll do our best to make things right for you. We just ask that you contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

    When you contact us, please provide the following:

    • Your name
    • Your order number
    • Your contact details
    • The item(s) you would like to return
    • The reason you are returning the item(s)

    We will confirm whether your item(s) can be returned. Once you have received confirmation, we will arrange for the order to be picked up.  

    Returned items can either be exchanged for another item of the same value or we will issue a store credit voucher with a validity of 3 months. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the item was purchased in a sale or has been discontinued.

    We will only accept goods returned in the original condition and packaging. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you are exchanging for another item, a shipping charge will be applied to the second delivery. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.   

    We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

    • You have contacted us within 3 days from the date you received the goods
    • The original tags have not been removed
    • The goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase
    • The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged

    Gifts purchased from Nos Nos must also adhere to the normal exchange process.

    Faulty Goods

    We double-check each order before we send it out to you. However, if something is wrong with your order, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your goods. Where possible, we will offer to replace faulty items. If a duplicate item is not available, we will offer you a store credit which will be valid for 3 months.

    Please note that our return & exchange policy is applicable to items delivered within the UAE only. We are unable to process a return or exchange for items shipped to any other destination.
